On the reaction day the stock moved 3.4 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Consolidated Quarter 2 revenue rose 99% to Rs 4,198.23 lakh and profit after tax rose 43% to Rs 118.95 lakh. First-half revenue reached Rs 8,826.87 lakh and profit after tax was Rs 262.14 lakh. The board declared a Rs 2 per share interim dividend. One-off projects boosted the first half, which the company says may not continue. Standalone operating cash flow was negative Rs 163.73 lakh. A prior-year Rs 28.47 lakh labour-code charge was shown as exceptional.
Growth and dividend support sentiment, but one-off gains, negative standalone cash flow and merger steps add uncertainty.
