Cybertech Systems reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited results. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations rose modestly to ₹5,819.41 lakhs from ₹5,787.85 lakhs a year ago (about 0.5% YoY growth). Profit after tax grew roughly 11% YoY to ₹817.34 lakhs, with EPS at ₹2.63 versus ₹2.63. On a standalone basis, revenue dipped slightly to ₹3,962.24 lakhs and PAT fell about 9% to ₹481.40 lakhs. The Board also approved a USD 5 million (around ₹41-42 crore) investment into its wholly-owned US subsidiary to set up a partnership with Microsoft for building Azure ArcGIS Geospatial Cloud solutions backed by Esri, funded from the proceeds of the 2023 preferential allotment.
Flat consolidated revenue growth suggests limited near-term momentum, though PAT improvement and margin stability offer some comfort for shareholders. The announced Microsoft-Esri geospatial cloud partnership represents a strategic bet that could open new revenue streams if execution succeeds, but the ₹40+ crore deployment from preferential issue proceeds is a meaningful capital commitment for a company of this size.
