Cyient Limited has launched a buyback of up to 64 lakh equity shares (about 5.76 percent of paid-up capital) at INR 1,125 per share through the tender offer route. Total payout is up to INR 720 crore. Promoters are not participating. Record date was 17 June 2026. The buyback window runs 23 June to 30 June 2026. Small shareholders (holding shares worth up to INR 2 lakh) get a reserved quota of 2 shares for every 19 held; general category gets 1 share for every 14 held. Axis Capital is the manager and KFin Technologies is the registrar.
Eligible shareholders can tender shares at INR 1,125 each via their stock broker between 23 and 30 June 2026. Promoter non-participation means the offer is fully open to public shareholders.
