On the reaction day the stock moved 1.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.9 pts more than its Industrial Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
D&H India withdrew a proposed preferential issue of up to 21,57,000 warrants to its promoters. Each Rs151 warrant would convert into one Rs10 share, a Rs141 premium, for up to Rs32.57 crore within 18 months. BSE rejected the approval application on 22 October 2026.
The proposal will not proceed, avoiding potential dilution while also removing a possible source of up to Rs32.57 crore in funding.
