D. P. Abhushan Limited, a gems and jewellery retailer based in Ratlam, posted audited results for Q4 and FY ending March 31, 2025. Full-year revenue from operations jumped about 41.5% to ₹3,31,079 lakh (₹2,33,996 lakh last year), while profit after tax surged roughly 82% to ₹11,270 lakh from ₹6,186 lakh, lifting EPS to ₹50.04 vs ₹27.80. Reserves nearly doubled to ₹38,147 lakh and total assets grew to ₹83,730 lakh, reflecting heavy investment in inventory which rose to ₹72,210 lakh. The Board decided not to declare any dividend for FY25, citing plans for business expansion. Statutory auditor Jeevan Jagetiya & Co issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Strong top-line and earnings growth is positive for shareholders, though the skipped dividend may disappoint income investors; the cash being reinvested into expansion and inventory could fuel further growth but also explains why operating cash flow turned negative at around -₹1,893 lakh for the year.
