CRISIL reaffirmed D P Wires' long-term rating at A- for Rs 45 crore of bank facilities and the short-term rating at A2+, but changed the outlook from Stable to Negative on September 15, 2025. FY2025 revenue fell to Rs 620.68 crore from Rs 998.21 crore, while profit after tax declined to Rs 22.20 crore from Rs 36.32 crore. Weaker trading, price pressure and EBITDA margins of 3-3.5% in recent quarters drove the change.
No immediate rating change, but weaker margins could lead to a lower rating and add pressure on the share price.
