Dabur India reported muted FY25 results with consolidated revenue from operations of ₹12,563.09 crores, up just 1.3% from ₹12,404.01 crores in FY24. Net profit for the year fell ~3.9% to ₹1,740.42 crores from ₹1,811.31 crores, while Q4 standalone revenue declined to ₹1,964.71 crores. Standalone revenue for the full year slipped to ₹9,070.71 crores (vs ₹9,135.60 crores) with standalone net profit down ~7% to ₹1,403.22 crores. Operating margin compressed to 18.44% (from 19.35%) and net profit margin to 13.85% (from 14.60%). The Board declared a final dividend of ₹5.25 per share (525% on face value), aggregating ₹930.47 crores, and fixed the 50th AGM for August 7, 2025. Statutory auditor G Basu & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Shareholders will receive a healthy ₹5.25 per share dividend, but weak top-line growth and declining profits with margin compression may pressure the stock in the short term, as the numbers show demand headwinds rather than expansion.
