Dabur India reported its Q1 FY26 results, with consolidated revenue from operations rising modestly to ₹3,404.58 crore (up ~1.7% YoY from ₹3,349.11 crore). Consolidated net profit grew about 2.8% to ₹508.29 crore from ₹494.35 crore a year earlier. On a standalone basis, revenue dipped ~1.8% to ₹2,469.51 crore, though standalone net profit was nearly flat at ₹407.41 crore. Segment-wise, the Consumer Care business grew ~5.4% YoY, but the Food business declined sharply by about 12% YoY, and the Retail segment also fell. The statutory auditors (G. Basu & Co.) issued an unmodified review opinion on both consolidated and standalone results, and there were no exceptional items.
The numbers are largely in line with expectations, with low single-digit growth on the consolidated bottom line. The weakness in the Food segment is a point to watch for investors, as it dragged down overall volumes. The clean audit report and stable debt-equity ratio (0.10 standalone) suggest no immediate red flags, but growth momentum remains soft.
