On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 1.0 pts more than its Personal Care peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Dabur India said the Allahabad High Court granted a complete stay on a DGGI show-cause notice. The notice covers FY2017-18 to FY2023-24 and proposes a GST demand of Rs 110.39 crore, plus interest and penalties, over product classification.
The stay temporarily blocks collection of the proposed tax demand, reducing immediate financial pressure, though the dispute remains unresolved.
