Dachepalli Publishers reported Q1 FY27 unaudited results. Total income surged 159 percent YoY to about Rs 451.8 lakhs from Rs 174.2 lakhs. EBITDA grew 31 percent to Rs 92 lakhs, while PAT rose 42 percent to Rs 63 lakhs. EPS edged up 4.5 percent to Rs 4.21. Growth was driven by demand for curriculum-aligned content, digital expansion via the Pelican e-commerce platform, and Direct-to-Parent capabilities. However, EBITDA growth lagged revenue sharply, indicating significant margin compression.
Strong top-line growth signals business momentum, but steep margin compression tempers the positive read. Watch profitability trends in coming quarters.
