Dachepalli Publishers reported first-half FY27 total income of ₹70.06 crore, up 73.6%, operating profit before depreciation, interest and tax of ₹14.63 crore, up 24.9%, and net profit of ₹9.71 crore, up 28.5%. It began in-house notebook production and launched PageCraft. A proposed Hara Communications purchase remains subject to due diligence, agreements and approvals. Management expects in-house production to improve profit margins.
Strong growth and expected margin gains are positive for shareholders, though the acquisition and rollout plans remain subject to execution and approvals.
