Dalmia Bharat Q1 FY27: consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 3,890 Cr from Rs. 3,636 Cr YoY. Profit after tax fell to Rs. 192 Cr from Rs. 395 Cr on a Rs. 182 Cr exceptional charge - Rs. 177 Cr for acquiring JAL's cement business (5.2 MTPA capacity, Rs. 2,850 Cr deal value) plus Rs. 5 Cr for labour code impact.
