The board declared an interim dividend of Rs 4 per share (200%) for FY 2026-27 on Rs 2 face-value shares. The record date is October 30, 2026. Consolidated Q2 revenue rose to Rs 3,563 crore from Rs 3,417 crore a year earlier, but the company reported a Rs 205 crore net loss after Rs 339 crore of one-off charges. Standalone profit was Rs 15 crore.
The dividend supports shareholder income, but the quarterly loss and large asset write-down may weigh on the share price despite higher revenue.
