Danish Power reported H1 FY27 revenue of ₹291.93 crore, up 38% year on year, EBITDA of ₹55.73 crore at a 19.09% margin and PAT of ₹37.72 crore. Exports rose to 13% of revenue from about 8% in FY26. Confirmed orders exceed ₹600 crore, to be delivered over six to nine months. Management targets FY27 revenue of ₹700 crore plus with similar margins. About ₹200 crore of capex will add 15,000 MVA capacity, taking total capacity to about 26,000 MVA from FY28.
Strong growth and a large order backlog support revenue visibility, while new borrowing and expansion execution add risk to shareholder returns.
