For the nine-month period (Apr-Dec 2025), revenue rose to Rs. 8,165.81 lakhs (vs Rs. 7,242.32 lakhs) while net profit grew to Rs. 110.05 lakhs (vs Rs. 62.05 lakhs), a 77% jump. The statutory auditor (U B G & Company) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications, qualifications or matters of emphasis.
Strong quarter-on-quarter revenue and profit growth may be viewed positively by retail investors, though absolute profit numbers remain modest and EPS is just Rs. 0.05 for the quarter. Stock price reaction will depend on market expectations and whether the growth momentum sustains.
