Darshan Orna Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on 14 October 2025, approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025. For Q2 FY26 (standalone), revenue from operations stood at Rs. 631.31 lakh with a profit after tax of Rs. 23.75 lakh (EPS of Rs. 0.05). For H1 FY26, revenue nearly doubled to Rs. 2,109.55 lakh from Rs. 1,088.53 lakh in H1 FY25, while PAT rose to Rs. 45.23 lakh from Rs. 32.20 lakh, translating to an EPS of Rs. 0.09. Total equity improved to Rs. 2,022.44 lakh and short-term borrowings declined to Rs. 480.35 lakh. The auditor's Limited Review Report by Shah Karia & Associates was clean with no qualifications or adverse remarks.
Strong top-line growth (~94% YoY in H1) and decent PAT growth (~40% YoY) are positive for shareholders, but the rise in trade receivables from Rs. 257 lakh to Rs. 1,412 lakh and a negative operating cash flow of Rs. 54 lakh flag working-capital stress that investors should track closely.
