Datamatics Global Services Ltd's Board approved audited Q4 and FY2026 results with standalone revenue of Rs 672.14 crore and consolidated revenue of Rs 1,987.15 crore, representing ~15.3% YoY growth from Rs 1,723.36 crore. Consolidated net profit declined 5.1% to Rs 194.95 crore vs Rs 205.51 crore, impacted by Rs 64.87 crore exceptional item from new Labour Codes implementation. Excluding this, underlying profitability improved. Board recommended final dividend of Rs 5 per share (100%). The Board also approved scheme of amalgamation merging wholly-owned subsidiaries Dextara Digital and Datamatics Cloud Solutions into the parent company, with appointed date April 1, 2026. No new shares will be issued as subsidiaries are wholly-owned.
Revenue growth of 15.3% is positive but PAT decline due to non-recurring Labour Code impact may create near-term pressure. Amalgamation could simplify structure and reduce compliance costs. Dividend yield at ~0.5% provides some return to shareholders.
