Datamatics Global Services reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 1,987.15 crore for FY26, up 15.3% from Rs. 1,723.36 crore in FY25. Standalone PAT grew 61.5% to Rs. 89.43 crore, but consolidated PAT declined 5.1% to Rs. 194.95 crore due to Rs. 64.87 crore exceptional item (impact of new Labour Codes). The Board recommended final dividend of Rs. 5 per share (100% payout) and approved amalgamation of two wholly owned subsidiaries (Dextara Digital and Datamatics Cloud Solutions) into the parent company. Statutory auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. The company has Rs. 47.65 crore invested in a step-down subsidiary with negative net worth of Rs. 26.47 crore, which management expects to turnaround.
Revenue growth is strong but consolidated profit decline due to non-recurring Labour Code adjustment is a concern. Dividend is positive for shareholder returns, but investors should note the subsidiary investment risk and watch for margin recovery in FY27.
