Davangere Sugar reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 8,269 lakhs, up about 13% YoY from Rs 7,318 lakhs. Net profit fell sharply to Rs 262 lakhs from Rs 677 lakhs YoY. For 9M FY26, revenue dipped slightly to Rs 15,495 lakhs from Rs 15,808 lakhs, with PAT at Rs 656 lakhs vs Rs 899 lakhs. Distillery segment profit dropped to Rs 1,094 lakhs from Rs 3,125 lakhs in Q3 PY, dragging overall earnings. Board also appointed B N Rajendrababu as new internal auditor after the demise of the previous internal auditor.
Mixed results: top line grew but profits fell sharply, mainly due to weak distillery performance. New internal auditor appointed after predecessor's demise.
