DB (International) Stock Brokers posted Q1 FY27 standalone total income of Rs 535.41 lakh (up 67% YoY) and net profit of Rs 86.12 lakh (down 18.5% from Rs 105.65 lakh). Total expenses surged to Rs 427.56 lakh, driven by higher finance costs (Rs 79.17 lakh vs Rs 27.51 lakh). Consolidated PAT was Rs 86.39 lakh vs Rs 100.85 lakh. Auditor issued an unmodified opinion. Board also approved surrendering MSEI membership, granted only in April 2026, citing no operational impact.
PAT declined despite strong income growth as expenses rose sharply. MSEI membership surrender unlikely to affect operations.
