DC Infotech and Communication reported its unaudited standalone results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Revenue from operations came in at Rs. 14,809 lakh, up nearly 25% from Rs. 11,851 lakh in the same quarter last year. Total revenue rose to Rs. 14,861 lakh versus Rs. 11,903 lakh a year ago. Profit before tax grew about 27% to Rs. 518 lakh, and net profit jumped roughly 32% to Rs. 405 lakh from Rs. 306 lakh in Q1 FY25. Basic EPS stood at Rs. 2.79 versus Rs. 2.35. The board also approved raising the authorised share capital from Rs. 17 crore to Rs. 36 crore, subject to shareholder approval, and cleared the notice for the 7th AGM. The auditor (DGMS & Co.) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Strong topline and bottomline growth year-on-year, with no audit concerns, is a positive read for shareholders. The proposed doubling of authorised capital signals the company may be preparing for a fundraising or expansion, which could mean dilution down the line if shares are eventually issued.
