DCM Shriram International reported Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 11,176 lakh, down about 4 percent YoY. Net profit fell to Rs 207 lakh from Rs 409 lakh in Q1 FY26 (restated). EPS was Rs 0.24 versus Rs 0.47. Consolidated PAT came in at Rs 302 lakh. Auditor BSR and Co. issued an unmodified limited review opinion. Prior period figures were restated following the Composite Scheme of Arrangement implemented in FY26.
Weak quarterly show with sharp profit decline may pressure stock sentiment despite clean audit opinion.
