Consolidated September quarter revenue was Rs 3,432.43 crore, up 9.7% year on year, and profit after tax rose 152% to Rs 158.72 crore. Half-year revenue was Rs 6,887.61 crore and profit Rs 272.54 crore, up 67%. Operating margin improved to 9.50% from 6.16%. The board declared a Rs 3.60 per share interim dividend. The RTA will move from MCS to KFin after formalities. Results include Rs 76.02 crore of Gujarat policy incentive income.
Strong profit growth, wider margins and dividend should support sentiment, though incentive income may not recur. The RTA change is administrative.
