On the reaction day the stock moved 0.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.1 pts more than its IT Enabled Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
DCM Limited informs that developer GCD Prime has appealed the Delhi High Court order of July 28, 2026 which dismissed its Section 9 plea seeking to stay DCM's termination notice. DCM had terminated the August 2022 Joint Development Agreement over GCD Prime's failure to revoke the suspension of a real estate license on a 68.35 acre land parcel in Hisar, Haryana. Sole Arbitrator Justice (Retd) Badar Durrez Ahmed has been appointed to adjudicate the underlying dispute.
Positive for DCM as termination notice stands, but developer is now challenging. Arbitration on the underlying dispute continues.
