Ddev Plastiks Industries reported audited results for FY25 with revenue from operations of Rs. 2,60,332 lakhs, up about 7% from Rs. 2,43,124 lakhs in FY24. Net profit rose marginally to Rs. 18,550 lakhs from Rs. 18,167 lakhs, with EPS of Rs. 17.83. Q4 revenue jumped sharply by about 23% YoY to Rs. 73,679 lakhs, but Q4 profit fell about 16% to Rs. 5,173 lakhs due to higher input and operating costs. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.75 per share (175%), taking total dividend outflow to Rs. 1,811 lakhs versus Rs. 1,552 lakhs last year. The statutory auditor B. Mukherjee & Co. issued an unmodified opinion. Borrowings reduced to Rs. 4,200 lakhs from Rs. 6,605 lakhs and operating cash flow was healthy at Rs. 13,720 lakhs.
Shareholders benefit from a higher dividend and a clean audit report, but the modest full-year profit growth and weaker Q4 margins may limit upside in the stock. Strong topline growth, reduced debt, and positive operating cash flow are supportive of long-term financial health.
