Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Deccan Cements allotted securities worth about Rs 660 crore through a preferential issue on June 25, 2026. This includes 14.4 lakh unsecured compulsorily convertible debentures (CCDs) at Rs 715 face value (about Rs 103 crore), 15,000 senior secured NCDs at Rs 1 lakh face value (Rs 150 crore), and 40,700 junior secured NCDs at Rs 1 lakh face value (Rs 407 crore).
Raises about Rs 660 crore. CCDs will dilute equity on conversion; NCDs add debt burden. Watch stock reaction and use of funds.
