Deccan Gold Mines reported a standalone loss of ₹13.18 crore and a consolidated loss of ₹73.17 crore for FY26, primarily driven by ₹37.80 crore losses from its majority-owned Kyrgyzstan subsidiary Avelum Partners LLC as it ramps up toward commercial production targeted from August 2026. The associate company Geomysore Services posted a profit of ₹28.81 crore from gold sales, contributing ₹7.49 crore to Deccan Gold's consolidated results. The company completed a ₹314.70 crore rights issue and repaid ₹211.57 crore in loans during Q4, significantly strengthening its balance sheet. Stake in Geomysore was increased to 26% with a carrying value of ₹190.54 crore. A gravity plant at Altyn Tor has been commissioned and gold inventory generated ahead of full-scale production.
Despite substantial consolidated losses, the company's strategic deleveraging, associate company profitability, and advancing production assets signal a transition toward revenue generation, though near-term losses are likely to persist until Altyn Tor reaches full commercial output.
