Deccan Gold Mines reported unaudited results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26, showing continued losses. On a standalone basis, the company posted a net loss of around Rs. 51.6 million for the quarter and roughly Rs. 185 million for the half year. On a consolidated basis, the net loss was approximately Rs. 83.8 million for the quarter and Rs. 305 million for the half year, largely driven by losses from foreign subsidiaries, especially Avelum Partner LLC in Kyrgyzstan. Operating cash flow was sharply negative at around Rs. 171 million on a standalone basis and Rs. 640 million consolidated. Total revenue remained very small, reflecting that the company is still primarily in the exploration and development phase. The statutory auditor V.K. Beswal & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report.
Continued losses and heavy cash burn highlight that the company is still pre-commercial and dependent on capital raises. The proposed Rights Issue has been deferred pending BSE clearance on the Draft Letter of Offer, which may delay funding and weigh on the stock in the near term.
