Decillion Finance Ltd announced its unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025, approved at the board meeting on 14 November 2025. Total revenue for Q2 FY26 stood at ₹31.49 lakhs (vs ~₹27.54 lakhs in Q2 FY25), while H1 FY26 revenue was ~₹58.07 lakhs (vs ~₹52.70 lakhs). Profit after tax jumped sharply to ₹21.14 lakhs in Q2 (vs ₹6.48 lakhs) and ₹32.39 lakhs for H1 (vs ₹16.84 lakhs), driven by lower finance costs, no fresh impairment losses, and a stable cost base. However, operating cash flow turned negative at ₹(47.38) lakhs for H1, largely due to a ₹176.77 lakh increase in investments. The board also reconstituted its committees after the exit of Independent Director Ms. Ritu Agarwal, appointing Mr. Kashiprasad Singh and Ms. Rinku Saini as new independent directors.
Strong PAT growth is a positive signal for shareholders, but the negative operating cash flow and a very thin cash balance (₹4.54 lakhs) suggest limited near-term liquidity cushion. The leadership change is routine and governance-neutral.
