Decipher Labs reported weak results for Q3 FY26 and the nine-month period ended December 2025. Standalone revenue for Q3 stood at Rs 13.20 lakhs versus Rs 16 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, while nine-month standalone revenue fell to Rs 106.85 lakhs from Rs 162.72 lakhs (a drop of roughly 34%). On a consolidated basis, which includes its US and Bahrain subsidiaries, nine-month revenue declined sharply to Rs 1,045 lakhs from Rs 1,911.24 lakhs a year earlier (a fall of about 45%). The company posted a consolidated net loss of Rs (394.54) lakhs for 9M FY26, much wider than the Rs (57.41) lakh loss in 9M FY25, with Q3 FY26 alone showing a Rs (53.88) lakh loss. The pharmaceutical manufacturing segment reported almost zero revenue, while losses from the consultancy and overseas subsidiaries drove the overall deterioration. The auditor (Ramanatham & Rao) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Negative for shareholders — both revenue and profitability have deteriorated sharply year-on-year at the consolidated level, and the pharmaceutical manufacturing business is currently contributing nothing to the top line. Expect the stock to react negatively to these results.
