On the reaction day the stock moved 6.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
CARE Ratings upgraded the company's ratings after reviewing FY26 audited and Q1 FY27 unaudited results. Long-term facilities fell from Rs 205.08 crore to Rs 169.19 crore and improved to CARE A (Stable) from CARE A- (Stable). Combined facilities rose from Rs 673 crore to Rs 825 crore. Short-term facilities rose from Rs 437 crore to Rs 480 crore and were rated CARE A1 from CARE A2+.
The upgrade may reduce borrowing costs and improve bank funding access, supporting positive sentiment. It does not guarantee a higher share price.
