Deep Diamond India Limited reported a sharp jump in Q2 FY26 results, with revenue from operations rising to Rs. 335 lakh from just Rs. 30 lakh in Q2 FY25, driven entirely by its pharmaceutical segment. Profit after tax surged to Rs. 252.72 lakh (from Rs. 15.08 lakh), and EPS stood at Rs. 0.53 versus Rs. 0.03 a year ago. For the half year, revenue reached Rs. 350 lakh and PAT Rs. 262.10 lakh, with reserves climbing to Rs. 1,886 lakh. The company is in the process of acquiring Oasis Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. under the IBC for Rs. 32 crore and has applied for an extension on the Rs. 30 crore balance payment that was due by September 24, 2025. The jewellery segment reported zero revenue this quarter, confirming a full pivot to pharma. Auditor VRS K & Co. LLP issued an unqualified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth on the back of the pharmaceutical business is positive for shareholders, but the company has sought an extension on the Rs. 30 crore acquisition payment for Oasis Ceramics, which introduces execution and funding risk that investors should monitor closely.
