Deep Health AI India (formerly Deep Diamond India) approved Q1 FY26 unaudited results. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 45.00 lakhs from Rs 15.00 lakhs YoY, all from pharma segment. But other expenses jumped to Rs 245.88 lakhs, pushing standalone net loss to Rs 189.90 lakhs vs profit of Rs 9.33 lakhs YoY. Consolidated loss was Rs 214.82 lakhs including Rs 24.92 lakh share of loss from associate Ferry Automotive. EPS turned negative at Rs (0.13). Total comprehensive income stayed positive at Rs 499.12 lakhs due to OCI of Rs 689.02 lakhs. Limited review by VRSK and Co was unqualified.
Sharp swing to loss on one-off expenses may weigh on sentiment despite revenue growth and positive OCI cushion.
