Deep Polymers board approved Q1 FY27 unaudited results (quarter ended June 30, 2026). Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs 3,007.98 lakhs from Rs 2,540.01 lakhs YoY, up about 18%. PAT grew to Rs 190.93 lakhs from Rs 144.19 lakhs, up about 32%. EPS stood at Rs 0.79. However, statutory auditor S N Shah and Associates issued a qualified opinion for the 5th consecutive time, flagging non-provision of Rs 158.06 lakhs for doubtful trade receivables and non-restatement of foreign currency items per Ind-AS-21. Adjusted PAT would be only Rs 32.87 lakhs.
Repeated qualified opinion raises governance concerns. True earnings could be sharply lower, about Rs 32.87 lakhs versus reported Rs 190.93 lakhs.
