Deep Polymers reported Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 3,008 lakhs, up 18% YoY from Rs 2,540 lakhs. Profit after tax rose 32% to Rs 191 lakhs versus Rs 144 lakhs, with EPS at Rs 0.79 versus Rs 0.60. Consolidated PAT was Rs 192 lakhs, EPS Rs 0.80. However, auditor issued a qualified opinion for the 5th time, flagging unprovided doubtful trade receivables of Rs 158 lakhs and non-restatement of foreign currency items. Adjusted PAT would drop to Rs 33 lakhs.
Reported profit overstates true earnings by around Rs 158 lakhs. Repeated auditor qualifications raise concern on receivables quality.
