Deepak Builders and Engineers India shareholders approved via postal ballot a stock split of equity shares from face value Rs 10 to Rs 1 per share, a 10-for-1 split. A second resolution to increase authorised share capital and amend the MOA was also passed. Voting closed 2 June 2026, with about 3.35 crore votes cast and roughly 99.99% in favour of both resolutions.
Stock splits typically improve liquidity and make shares more affordable for retail buyers. The record date for the split will be announced separately.
