On the reaction day the stock moved 18.8 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 18.4 pts more than its Specialty Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half-year and full year ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹6,799.68 lakhs from ₹5,040.41 lakhs, a growth of about 35%, while standalone profit after tax grew to ₹1,006.95 lakhs from ₹663.39 lakhs, up roughly 52%. On a consolidated basis, revenue climbed to ₹7,944.51 lakhs (about 61% growth) and PAT jumped to ₹1,250.92 lakhs (more than double last year's ₹597.28 lakhs). Consolidated basic EPS stood at ₹11.69 versus ₹6.71 in the previous year. Statutory auditors Mittal & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong double-digit revenue and profit growth, combined with a clean audit opinion, signals healthy business momentum for shareholders. The stock may see a positive reaction, though cash and bank balances dropped sharply on the standalone balance sheet as IPO proceeds were deployed for working capital, machinery, and corporate purposes.
