ICRA has reaffirmed DFPCL's long-term term loan rating at AA- and revised the outlook from Watch with Developing Implications to Positive. The rating covers a Rs 2,186 crore term loan. The revision follows stable ammonia supplies under the Equinor gas contract supporting healthy Q1 FY2027 profitability. New TAN and nitric acid plants are nearing commissioning. FY2026 consolidated revenue was Rs 11,506 crore with PAT of Rs 738.8 crore.
Positive outlook signals improving credit profile. Watch removed on Rs 2,186 crore term loan. May ease future borrowing costs.
