Deepak Fertilisers reported audited FY2026 standalone net profit of Rs. 26,924 Lakhs, down 35% from Rs. 41,300 Lakhs in FY2025. Consolidated net profit fell to Rs. 73,876 Lakhs from Rs. 94,467 Lakhs. Despite the profit decline, the Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share (100% payout ratio on standalone EPS of Rs. 21.33). The record date for dividend is 25th August 2026. Consolidated revenue grew 12% to Rs. 11,50,603 Lakhs. The company also announced appointment of a new director, re-appointed statutory and cost auditors, and will hold its 46th AGM on 1st September 2026.
The stock may face pressure due to a 35% standalone profit decline, though the maintained dividend provides some support. Investors should note the consolidated revenue growth was offset by lower profitability, possibly due to higher input costs or one-time charges.
