Deepak Nitrite reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,974.97 crore for Q3 FY26, up ~3.8% from ₹1,903.40 crore in Q3 FY25. However, on a nine-month basis, consolidated revenue declined ~5.5% to ₹5,766.74 crore from ₹6,102.24 crore last year. Consolidated profit before tax for 9M FY26 fell to ₹455.74 crore (down from ₹674.03 crore) after a ₹12.84 crore one-time exceptional charge for the new Labour Codes. Profit after tax for 9M FY26 stood at ₹330.54 crore, a sharp drop of roughly 33% year-on-year. Standalone Q3 revenue grew ~25.7% YoY to ₹693.59 crore. The Phenolics segment drove the bulk of revenue at ₹1,333.79 crore in Q3, while Advanced Intermediates contributed ₹652.45 crore. Auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified limited review report.
Short-term view is negative — the 9-month numbers show a clear revenue and profit decline with margin compression, partly due to the Labour Codes exceptional provision. However, the Q3 standalone recovery and clean audit report suggest underlying business momentum is improving, which may support sentiment if margins stabilize going into Q4.
