Deepak Spinners reported unaudited standalone results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Quarterly revenue rose 21.4% to Rs 16,938 lakh; half-year revenue rose 10.1% to Rs 30,630 lakh. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 92 lakh, against positive Rs 2,301 lakh last year. The limited review found no material issues. Of a Rs 945.13 lakh consumption rebate, Rs 420.05 lakh was recognized and Rs 525.08 lakh remains uncertain.
The sales rise may support the share price, but negative cash flow and rebate uncertainty may cap near-term gains.
