Delay in Preparation and Publication of Financial Result for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September 2025 following the liquidation order of Hon''ble NCLT dated 16.10.2025
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Ushdev International Ltd has informed BSE that it cannot publish its quarterly and half-yearly financial results for the period ended 30th September 2025 on time. This is because the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) passed a liquidation order against the company on 16 October 2025. The company is now required to prepare its financials after giving effect to the liquidation order, and a valuation exercise must be completed before the numbers can be finalised and published. A liquidator (CA Trupalkumar Patel, IBBI registered) has already taken charge of the company. The exchange had been separately informed of the liquidation order on 27 October 2025.
This is a deeply negative development for shareholders. A liquidation order means the company is being wound up to recover dues for creditors, and equity shareholders are last in line and typically receive little to nothing. The stock is effectively worthless in the long run, and trading will likely be extremely risky and illiquid.
