Futura Polyesters filed delayed Dec 2021 results along with 18 other pending quarters. Revenue from operations is nil as manufacturing was discontinued in Dec 2012. Loss from discontinued ops: Rs 140.28 lakhs for the quarter and Rs 419.53 lakhs for 9M FY22. Auditor issued a qualified conclusion citing fully eroded net worth, NPA debt, and going concern uncertainty. Company paid Rs 243.45 crore OTS to lenders in June 2025. Shares remain suspended.
