Delhivery's subsidiary Ecom Express Limited has received a GST order dated December 30, 2025, from the Excise and Taxation Officer of Panipat, Haryana, for financial year 2021-22. The order, passed under Section 73 of the CGST/Haryana GST Act, 2017, demands a tax of about ₹1.38 crore, interest of about ₹1.04 crore, and a penalty of about ₹13.8 lakh, totaling roughly ₹2.56 crore. The demand relates to a disallowance of input tax credit. Ecom Express plans to file an appeal with the appellate authority.
Delhivery has stated there is no material impact on the financials, operations, or activities of the subsidiary or the company. The amount is small relative to Delhivery's overall scale, but the appeal outcome will determine any actual hit to earnings.
