Delta Manufacturing reported Q1 FY27 (June 2026) results. Standalone revenue from operations rose 35.8% to INR 1,907.61 lakhs vs INR 1,404.82 lakhs YoY. Standalone total PAT swung to a profit of INR 30.10 lakhs from a loss of INR 154.62 lakhs, aided by discontinued ferrite operations turning profitable. Consolidated level still in loss at INR 31.09 lakhs vs INR 218.47 lakhs. Other equity remains negative (standalone minus 503.72, consolidated minus 854.56 lakhs). Board approved hike in MD Dr. Ram Shroff remuneration and fixed AGM on Sept 30, 2026.
Revenue growth is strong but profitability stays weak with negative reserves; MD pay hike may draw shareholder attention at AGM.
