Denis Chem Lab posted Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026) revenue from operations of Rs 4,399.67 lakh, up 1.7% from Rs 4,327.59 lakh YoY but down about 6% from Q4 FY26 at Rs 4,675.49 lakh. Profit after tax was Rs 204.52 lakh versus Rs 247.50 lakh YoY, a 17% decline. EPS stood at Rs 1.47 versus Rs 1.78. Operating profit margin (PBT plus depreciation over revenue) compressed to around 9.5% from 11.4% YoY due to higher other expenses. Company carries zero financial debt and has no defaults. Auditor issued an unmodified limited review opinion.
Mixed picture: top line steady but PAT and margins slipped. Zero debt remains a strength. Watch margin recovery.
