Desco Infratech reported strong H1 FY26 results with revenue from operations of ₹4,203.96 lacs, up about 86% from ₹2,263.46 lacs in H1 FY25. Profit after tax nearly doubled to ₹617.14 lacs (vs ₹324.93 lacs), and EPS stood at ₹8.04 vs ₹5.80. Total income rose to ₹4,232.57 lacs and profit before tax climbed to ₹824.95 lacs. The company also set up a new wholly owned subsidiary, Desco Bio Green Private Limited, on September 24, 2025, and reshuffled its Stakeholder Relationship and Nomination & Remuneration committees. Auditor KA Sanghavi & Co LLP issued an unqualified limited review report.
Strong topline and bottomline growth should be viewed positively, but operating cash flow remained sharply negative at -₹1,973.40 lacs (vs -₹879.44 lacs last year) and cash on hand dropped to just ₹17.08 lacs, signalling working-capital strain that investors should watch despite the robust reported earnings.
