On the reaction day the stock moved 2.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.1 pts less than its IT Enabled Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 ended June 30, 2026. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations fell to ₹3,249.70 lakhs from ₹3,547.68 lakhs in Q1 FY25-26 (a decline of about 8.4%), and profit after tax dropped to ₹130.75 lakhs from ₹175.24 lakhs (down ~25.4%). EPS stood at ₹0.23 vs ₹0.23. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to ₹4,413.08 lakhs from ₹3,693.02 lakhs (~19.5% growth), but PAT was nearly flat at ₹210.90 lakhs vs ₹218.17 lakhs. The auditor (Rinkesh Shah & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results.
Mixed quarter for shareholders – standalone topline and profits weakened year-on-year, while consolidated revenue grew thanks to subsidiaries though bottom line remained flat. Investors should watch the impact of recent divestments (Dhyey Consulting 25% stake sale for ₹460 lakhs, ByteSIGNER/Talligence slump sale for ₹1,185.12 lakhs) on future earnings.
