Devine Impex Limited reported unaudited results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 (ended September 30, 2025). Revenue from operations for Q2 stood at ₹37.31 lakhs, up from ₹12.19 lakhs in Q1 FY26 but down from ₹47.73 lakhs in Q2 FY25. For the half year, revenue declined about 32% to ₹49.50 lakhs from ₹72.99 lakhs a year ago. Profit after tax for Q2 was ₹3.01 lakhs versus ₹1.39 lakhs last year, while H1 PAT was marginally lower at ₹1.89 lakhs versus ₹2.05 lakhs. The auditor (Deepak Jindal & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review conclusion with no qualifications. The company continues to be debt-free with low cash balances.
Sharply lower half-year revenue and a slight dip in H1 PAT signal weak top-line momentum, though quarterly profitability improved. The negative operating cash flow and very low cash balance (₹1.62 lakhs) are minor concerns for shareholders, but the clean audit review and absence of debt offer some comfort.
