The Board of Directors of Dhabriya Polywood approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26), on both standalone and consolidated basis. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to ₹6,209.07 lakhs from ₹5,869.47 lakhs in Q1 FY25 (~5.8% growth), while consolidated profit after tax jumped to ₹654.02 lakhs from ₹464.85 lakhs (~40.7% increase), with EPS at ₹6.04 vs ₹4.29. Standalone performance was sharper, with revenue climbing ~23% to ₹3,442.37 lakhs and PAT more than doubling to ₹231.62 lakhs. Operating margins also expanded meaningfully versus the year-ago quarter. The Board additionally re-appointed M/s Gaurav Jain & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY25-26.
Strong double-digit profit growth and improving margins signal healthy business momentum, which should be viewed positively by shareholders. No major negative flags were raised in the limited review by Narendra Sharma & Co.
